Simple: A prepaid block of advisory time or coaching to use as and when you need .

BUSINESS
Flat Day Rate for one-off projects.

- Clear objectives with regular follow-up meetings

- Optional monthly written reports + online update meeting
- We take the time to get to know your organisation and adapt as your project develops
- If an urgent issue arises requiring more input than your retainer allows, you can add extra days at standard daily Business rates — then return to your normal plan once the situation stabilises

Price:
£840 flat rate per day,
Optionally, a Monthly Business Retainer may be preferable, which can be calculated according to your actual needs (to be discussed), starting from one day per month at multiples of the flat day rate. Our Business retainer starts at £840 per month.

EXECUTIVE
High-level support for complex, sensitive or strategically important matters.
